Developed by Beat Games, Beat Saber launched in 2018 and rapidly exploded into a worldwide VR sensation. It established itself as the defining VR title that perfectly marries simplicity of concept with immense depth of skill and execution.

The basic premise is delightfully straightforward: wield two differently colored virtual sabers—one red and one blue—and slice through incoming rhythm blocks that match the colors of your sabers. Each block bears an arrow indicating the required cut direction: up, down, diagonal, or horizontal.
